By using the Sixpence App (the "App"), you agree to comply with these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and accept responsibility for compliance with any local laws that may apply. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. The materials provided in this App are protected by relevant copyright and trademark laws.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) for personal, non-commercial, and transitory viewing only. This is a license grant and does not transfer ownership. Under this license, you may not:

(1) The materials within the Sixpence App are provided on an "as is" basis. Sixpence makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

(2) Furthermore, Sixpence does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials within the App.

Limitations

In no event shall Sixpence or its suppliers be liable for any damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the App and the materials within Sixpence, even if Sixpence or its authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. As some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing within the Sixpence App may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Sixpence does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Sixpence may make changes to the materials contained in the App at any time without notice. However, Sixpence does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Modifications

Sixpence may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of use.
